As I recently stayed at Perfect Apt - Heart Of Amsterdam for a business trip, I wanted to share my positive experience. The towels provided in the homestay were a great convenience, ensuring I had everything I needed during my stay. the central location of the apartment made it easy for me to navigate the city and explore in my free time. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, providing helpful insights and recommendations for local attractions. The overall ambiance of the apartment was cozy and inviting, making it a comfortable place to relax after a long day of work.

Amazing location! Right in front of the botanical garden and within walking distance to the city center. Plus, the neighborhood was full of charm with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. the decorations in the rooms were also a nice touch, giving the apartment a cozy and stylish vibe.

the communication with the agency in charge of the administration was non-responsive, making it difficult to address any concerns or issues. the lack of proper insulation in the rooms meant that we could hear noises from other guests in the building, making it hard to get a good night's sleep.

The location of the apartment was excellent, with easy access to public transportation and various attractions such as the botanical gardens and zoo. the apartment itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable, with good beds and linen. the friendly and helpful host made the stay even more enjoyable.

The lack of a kitchen in the apartment may be a drawback who prefer to cook their own meals.

We had a great stay at Perfect Apt - Heart Of. The location was ideal, right in front of the botanical garden and very central for walking around. The neighborhood was lively and vibrant. The rooms were nicely decorated and the beds were comfortable. The shower was powerful and there were plenty of clean towels. We also appreciated the free Nespresso coffee and tea, and the packet of stroopwaffels provided. The owners of the building, who live upstairs, were lovely and friendly.

The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable, with double beds that were perfect for our large family. The kitchen corner was convenient for making tea and coffee and the fridge allowed us to store snacks and drinks for the kids. The proximity to the most famous places in Amsterdam was a huge plus, as we could easily explore by foot. However, the highlight of our stay was definitely the amazing host, Bruno, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel like we were staying in a home away from home. He even offered to take us for a ride in his own boat, which was an unforgettable experience for the kids. The communication with Bruno was excellent throughout our stay and he was always ready to help us with any questions or concerns. Our family had an amazing time and we cannot thank Bruno enough for his hospitality!

For dads, it would be great if there was a washing machine available.

Mind-blowing stay! The hosts were super welcoming and even gave us a boat ride. The apartment is jaw-droppingly gorgeous and spacious. Perfect location, walking distance to everything. Absolutely amazing experience!

Location was absolutely amazing, easy to get into the center. Free Nespresso coffee and tea, plus stroopwaffels! Beds were super comfortable and shower was mind-blowing. Plenty of clean towels and the flat was spotless. The amazing host was always ready to help and communication was great. The apartment was spacious, had a small kitchen area, and was well-located. The owners of the building were super friendly too. Great for families with amenities like Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, baby pushchair, cots, and board games. No pets allowed and no smoking on site.
